よくある質問
A. In pet food, if the nutritional standards for a complete and balanced diet and AAFCO 2016 cannot be met with ingredients alone, supplements are added. Current pet foods primarily use pet supplements that are not subject to labeling regulations and whose contents are invisible. For this reason, HITOWAN uses original supplements that clear all human food standards and can be consumed by humans.
■Renewed with Lactic Acid Bacteria💪
Our 7 types of handmade dog food now contain Lactic Acid Bacteria L-137. This is a lactic acid bacterium from House Wellness Foods, a human food company. We aim to provide delicious and healthy support through daily meals.
■Chosen by these owners
・Picky eaters = Won't eat if the flavor isn't changed daily
・Want to add toppings to dry food (kibble)
・Looking for safe ingredient food that meets complete and balanced nutrition standards (can be a main meal)
HITOWAN's handmade dog food is available in cube form with a wide variety of flavors, making it easy to change flavors for morning and evening meals.
■Recommended points
01: Highly palatable! Delivering freshly made food every morning
All of our handmade foods are rich in natural flavors, just like the meals we humans eat.
We often hear customers at our store say, "My dog who wouldn't eat anything else finally ate this!" We hope you'll enjoy the difference from your previous dog food.

02: Nutrients balanced with the same ingredients as human food
Our vegetables are sourced from Preco Foods, a general food wholesaler with one of the highest-class hygiene management systems in Japan, dedicated to improving the 'safety', 'quality', and 'freshness' of food. We primarily source from the Ota Market and prepare fresh ingredients daily in our own kitchen.

Each cube is approximately 15g.
■TOPPING ON DAILY MEALS
[How to serve]
①Prepare dry food, subtracting the calories of the topping.
②Thaw and warm your dog's favorite HITOWAN food to body temperature, mix, and serve.
■Cool in summer, warm in winter soup recipe
Simply add an appropriate amount of water or hot water to a thawed cube and break it up♪
Our office dog Chuck also loves this soup
■Recommended age:
While we recommend puppy-specific food during the puppy stage, you can use our food for up to 20% of their daily diet (e.g., as a topping).
Once your dog turns 1 year old, it can be served as a main meal.
