For vegetables, we partner with Godo Kaisha Shunsai-bo, who supplies supermarkets and school lunches that we use daily. We primarily source from Toyosu Market, and cook daily in our own kitchen using fresh ingredients.

Each cube is approximately 15g.

01: Warm HITOWAN's handmade cube-shaped food to body temperature. (Example warming method: from frozen, about 20 seconds in a 500W microwave. If thawed, about 10 seconds.)
02: Place dry food in a bowl.
03: Place the handmade cube-shaped food on top of the dry food and mix well. Done!
