In recent years, we have seen a continuous rise in raw material costs due to the maintenance of strict quality standards, including free-range farming, as well as an increase in manufacturing and logistics costs in New Zealand.

We have strived to establish a stable supply system and maintain prices to meet growing demand. However, it has become difficult to continue offering our current prices while maintaining quality, and we have therefore decided to implement a price revision.

Compromising on quality goes against our company's philosophy of prioritizing the health of your beloved dogs and cats, and this decision is made to continue delivering products you can use with peace of mind.

We understand that this announcement comes at a time when many customers are using our products due to improved supply conditions, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding.
